July 26, 2022: What better way to end a very long-distance but short cycling trip than a Chocolate Body Treatment at the Hotel Sacher Boutique Spa in Vienna! I chose “A Sensation of Chocolate.” First a moisturizing body mask of a specially-made concoction of cocoa butter is slathered all over me. Then I’m wrapped in Saran Wrap for 15 minutes when I can choose between a foot or scalp massage. Then walk into the private shower next to the massage table to wash off the chocolate-y butter, followed by a 30-minute full-body massage, ending with a chocolate-y moisturizing cream made exclusively for the Sacher Inn. The best body treatment ever! Even my hands felt soft for days! Followed by an exquisite lunch in the hotel’s Restaurant Rote Bar.
